Key Result Areas:
- Setting up the WFM structure, and responsibilities along with the targets and goals for WFM to derive desired performance as per SLA’s.
- Involved in resource planning based on volume projections given by the client and as per SLA’s in sync with achieving internal revenue goals of the organization. Reviewing the budgetary allocation of resources based on the FTE and other incentives based on performance metrics.
- Coordinating sound integration with heads of support functions viz. Quality, Training, Technology, Operations & HR
- Ensuring CTQ closure coupled with proactive measures by modifying and implementing various agent & management related incentive and rewards scheme wherever required to ensure revenue targets of the organization related to the process is met.
